Picker have a had compelling ethos, data and stories from their programs; but their existing report was text-heavy and underutilised the impact of their work, and the emotional benefits of their research and programmes to individuals both working in and benefitting from care.
We worked closely with Picker's program team to reimagine their Impact Report not just as a document, but as a strategic storytelling tool.
Key design elements included, a modular layout with digestible sections for each initiative and use of infographics and data visualisations to highlight impact. We also Integrated real quotes and mini case stories from Picker representatives. lastly, as part of a wider brand alignment project, we introduced a vibrant, brand-aligned colour palette that reflected optimism and progress.
We always think of Impact Reports as a document helping readers to understand why an organisations vision matters and how they can be part of what’s next. Impact Reports aren’t just about showing what you did!
In the Picker Impact Report, we ensured that we designed with clarity, emotion, and purpose, to ensure that the document becomes a lasting tool for engagement both on and off line whether it is viewed in print, or as an interactive PDF or flip book.
